I have shopped at netipot.com before but can’t login to my account.
If you created an account or placed an order on netipot.com prior to June 1, 2018 you will need to re-register again. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have updated our website and system and for security purposes a new password is required.

I forgot my password. How can I update it?
Go to Your Account, click “Sign in with your account”. Under Personal Information, click “Forgot your Password?”. Enter your email address and continue to follow the instructions on the screen. At the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you are still having trouble, please contact our Customer Service at 1 877 477 8633 or email questions@netipot.com and we will help you update your password.

Where can I find a retailer in my area that sells Himalayan Chandra products?

Promotion Codes
Himalayan Chandra promotion codes can be redeemed in the Promotion Code section on the final page in the checkout process, on the “Review & Place Order” screen. The promotion code reduces your cart subtotal only and does not apply toward Shipping & Handling. A promotion code cannot be applied to previous purchases and are only valid for use one time per customer. You can receive notice of our special promotions by registering your email address on our email sign up form located in the footer of our website.

Can I save the items in my cart?
By creating an account you can save items to your personal shopping cart indefinitely. Login to your account, place items in your cart, review your cart and then select “Save for Later”. The next time you return to netipot.com, login to your account and proceed to the shopping cart to review saved items.

How do I know if my order was processed?
As you place your order please make sure the email address you entered is correct. If you have successfully placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours. You will receive an additional email when your order ships. Please allow emails from questions@netipot.com through your spam filter.

Can I send items to multiple addresses in one order?
Yes, click the “Ship to Multiple Addresses” button during the checkout process. Your order will incur additional shipping fees for each address you ship to.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
You may login to your account within 15 minutes of placing your order to modify or cancel it yourself.
Contact Customer Service immediately and have your name and order number ready and we can make the change for you.

Can you cancel my order?
You may login to your account within 15 minutes of placing your order to modify or cancel it.
Contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 1 877 477 8633 to notify us that you would like to cancel your order. In most cases, we can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. In some instances it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be available in your account after your order ships. You can also contact us at questions@netipot.com, or call us at 1 877 477 8633 to track your order.
